Hi Ray and Judy,

Glad you made it home safe and well. I had a great few days just pottering in Paris, and well and truly back into usual life routines once back home and back to work. What a varied and great group of people our tour group was, and Cadel winning was such a bonus for the thousands of Aussies that were in Paris. In our grandstand we had lots of BMC families, including Cadels wife for part of the day! I look forward to returning to France for another tour, hill fit enough to ride Ventoux, though I still consider the ride with Judy around Ventoux to be my favorite riding tour of my holiday!

Hi Judy and Ray.

Thank you for your recent Email and extra thanks again for making the T de F trip possible. It was great and the highlight of our 90 days away. We arrived  back home on Monday thankful to be home. The whole trip went without a hitch other than communication problems  ( emails and Mobile phone issues)

Hope the rest of your holiday went well.

Looking forward to getting on the bike again.

Also hope you are getting back onto your iron man programme and free of injuries.

Look forward to meeting up again sometime and many thanks for your considerations on the tour and making sure things ran smoothly. Marg loved it.

Kind regards

Margaret and Roger

Hello Ray and Judy

We never got to say goodbye to you both when you departed from the final day of the tour. We hope the rest of your trip went well.

We had an absolute ball on the trip and are already discussing future travels.

Thank you so much for your help and company.

We have a good friend from here heading to Rotorua to work in the Geothermal energy industry in late October. Do you mind if we put him in touch with you to meet up with the local riding crew?

Take care

Ken and Sharon

Hi Ray and Judy

By now you must be home and back to mowing lawns? I had a super time on tour and have made many new friends that will last a long time.thanks for making it so enjoyable and worry free.

Thanks once again

Steve

Hi Ray & Judy,

How did the rest of your trip go?

As you know we went on to London for 5 days. It was a real eye opener as we had never been there before, and to see so much history. Buckingham Palace was open for tours, so naturally we went through. We also visited Kensington Palace , and Windsor Castle . The 32 hour trip home was a bit too long though. We had only just got over the jet lag and we were off to Vancouver for 6 days to our nephew’s wedding. We arrived home from that trip on 23rd Aug, so its now back into the routine of work again!

Our trip with you was fantastic, and again thank you very much. It was all that we had imagined and more. Having now experienced the Pyrenees and the Alps , it would be good to go and ride them again, knowing what’s in store. It won’t be next year (unless Lotto comes to the party), but do please keep us on your mailing lists.

Hopefully we’ll see you at various events around NZ.

Once again, many thanks.

Marg & Des

Hi Ray & Judy,

Thanks for your pictures! You folks were so wonderful I always tell everyone I had the best tour group in the world! Thank you for your insights and stories during the quiet times. I am sure that all appreciated your experiences that enhanced our own. I will be joining a bike club in early spring(they are closing out for the season now) and look forward to some new challenges! My story has created some excitement in my circle of friends so I will pass on your website to them if they decide to go and will use it myself, but not for maybe 3 years time. I volunteered at the Whistler Gran Fondo as a Course Marshal because it had sold out, so cycling is on its way in this area.

Thank you for your inspiration and  I am using my honorary status as a Kiwi to cheer for the All Blacks in the World Cup! They are fast. Our Canadians have speed, and beards, but not the depth of players to go all the way I think.

My best wishes to you both and your family,

Lorna
